Marhayes Manor, is a Grade ll * listed building dating from Domesday. The Manor/ Farmhouse building now existing is circa 1640. The house is situated in a 120 acre grass and stock farm in North Cornwall and is approached by its own lane with ample private parking.

Situated in a sheltered area only 3 miles from Widemouth Bay, about 2 miles from the villages of Marhamchurch and Week St Mary (both with good shops and pubs), and 5 miles from Bude, it offers spacious accommodation of a high standard, all heating is CH, NSH or electrical.

 
The spacious accommodation which retains much of its original charm and features offers two bedrooms: 1 double with single & colour TV and 1 with 3 single beds. Bathroom with WC. Separate shower cubicle. Hair dryer available.

Kitchen/diner with easy chairs, log effect electric fire & TV. CD radio cassette player, cooker, f/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. (Use of Laundry room).

Magnificent lounge with colour TV, video and fascinating ornate ceiling with two single sofa beds. Bed linen and central heating included. NSH electric extra heating, first £10pw F.O.C. Towels available for hire.
