in the middle of 120 acres of privately owned countryside. Well furnished,
equipped and insulated this is the ideal self catering accommodation in north cornwall,
for winter or summer.
There is an enclosed lawned garden with summer house. You will be in the
heart of the countryside & yet only a few miles from the wonderful
North Cornwall coast, with its popular attractions including Killarney Springs,
Pixieland & The Milky Way.
There are two bedrooms:
1 double & 1 twin plus a z-bed. Bathroom with bath, shower & WC. Hair
dryer. Lounge diner with colour TV, video, CD/Radio/Cassette player,
children's video library, with kitchen area at one end with a
washer/dryer, Microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc. Patio doors
lead to the garden.
Gas BBQ. NSH included, panel heating extra, bed linen (duvets),
electricity included. Towels available for hire.
1 small dog by arrangement. Baby-sitting by arrangement. Beach, shop,
pub - 3 miles.
Great location for walking in North Cornwall.
We have a hard tennis court which is available for your use.
